Published by the UK & Ireland Civil Aviation Authorities and divided into 4 coverage regions they offer the essential VFR flight information for all pilots and also give VFR and radio navigation information including compass roses oriented on Magnetic North centred on the radio navigation facilities and show VOR, DME, co-located VOR/DME, TACANs and NDBs etc.
This series covering the United Kingdom is constructed on a Lambert Conical Projection and conforms to ICAO specifications for topography, culture and aeronautical information.
