The New UBC92XLT Handheld Scanner with "close call " feature
The Bearcat UBC92XLT is a brand new design in compact handheld scanners that also offers the "close call" feature which detects and moves the scanner to the active frequency instantly.
The benefit of this feature together with it's compact size makes the UBC92XLT ideal for monitoring of transmissions at home, near an airfield, or at air shows and rallies.
The functions and features of the Bearcat UBC92XLT are:
Close call capture technology - you can set the scanner so it detects and provides information about nearby radio transmission.
Chain Search - lets you enter personal search bands in 10 locations and search all locations in a chain of frequency bands.
Triple Conversion Circuitry - virtually eliminates any interference from IF images, so you hear only the selected frequency.
Channel storage banks - 10 banks, you can store up to 20 frequencies into each bank, so you can easily identify calls
Lock out function - allows you to skip over unwanted channels or frequencies when searching or scanning
Priority channels - lets you program one channel in each bank then check that channel every 2 seconds
Direct Access - lets you directly access any channel
Display Backlight - makes the scanner easy to see in low light situations
Antenna - Popular BNC type fitting, rubber duck type supplied, or external antenna can be used
Low Battery Alert Tone - warns you when your battery power is getting low
